Bondage fundamentals
Bondage fundamentals
Building a tender connection that catapults you into trance.
Ropes have an immense somatic potential and operate on many levels. If you have a certain idea what b0ndage is about, forget it. You can literally do anything with it. Dive with B0ndage Fundamentals into a deep experience of trust, connection, being held and cared for, that can also be super funny and hot, hack your hormones and make you high on it, relax your mind and muscles very effectively and create a lot of pleasurable sensations. It's not about having a talent for knots. There is little you need to know to have a lot to play with and enjoy in the future. Ropes can be used to explore your emotional landscape, for meditation, a ritual, a game, an adventure, for grounding or the ecstatic - completely on your own or with others. This will give you a kick start.
What you get:
- The most important theory, lots of practice and proper sessions!!!
- The fundamentals in tying techniques so you can play with them, improvise, expand and apply them on other body parts.
- You get to know the many exquisite sensations and feelings you can create with ropes, also besides tying.
- The tools you need to build a collaborative alliance, hold a connection, communicate consent, adapt easily, if something is uncomfortable, and take care of each others joy.
- Everything you need to fly on your own, plus a takeaway document so you do not forget all the things you have just learned, but remember it forever.

FAQ & Preconditions
Preconditions
- No substances (drugs, alcohol...). Come a 100% sober.
- Consent is the fundament for everything.
- Every exercise is just an invitation.
- This is a safer space. Taking care of ourselves and the others is a constant practice in it.
- These workshops are not a substitute for therapy.
- If you are under constant medication, that can influence your practice, we need to get into a conversation before the booking.
- The workshops are confidential spaces.
- No Discrimination. Also a constant practice to come closer to that ideal.
The answers to FAQ
- You can come as a couple and you can come alone. You can work in a couple for the entire workshop, but also decide for every exercise if you wanna switch partners.
- This is a queer and hetero-friendly space. Be open to work with all genders.
- We work in clothes. No nakedness. (Maybe in the future ;-))
- The workshops are non-s3xual. By that I mean, no s3xual touch or conscious s3xual arousing and going with it. Coming out of t4ntric practice, where s3xual energy is defined as all life energy, I would consider a lot of things s3xual, that others do not. So to be totally confusing in the definitions but clear in practice: Don't worry. Everything harmless.
- Come in comfortable clothes, so you can move freely.
- No, you don't need to know anything.
- Yes, also come, if you already know something.
- Switching roles in the b0ndage workshops but also in the somatic sessions is the way we go.
- We partly want to go into intensity, but not into pain.
- You will have your experience always under your control and go as far as you like, stop at any time, adapt at any time, pause as long as you need.
